*The cost of additional training, conversion of EXISTING QuickBooks data files to the standardized processes developed for Big O Tires, QuickBooks Payroll setup, and clean-up efforts relating to existing QuickBooks company files is not included in this fee. These services are available to franchisees and will be billed separately on a time basis.  Prepaid Technical Support packages can be purchased at a DISCOUNT by calling 877-824-6229 (877-TCH-NABX).

 

**Cancellation Policy:  Services for subsequent assignments are contingent upon the presence of a prepaid balance and/or the absence of any outstanding balance.  If an appointment is canceled within 36 hours from a scheduled appointment, you are responsible to pay half the fees for the scheduled appointment time which would be $75/hour; half of the normal rate of $150/hour.

    1. Big O Tires Preventative Maintenance Videos – Each video is 5 minutes or less, demonstrating the Big O Tires specific QuickBooks Process described in the Chapter 34 of your Big O Tires Preventative Maintenance Manual;
    2. Big O Tires Preventative Maintenance Document Request List – Your checklist of documents to have prepared for your Technology In A Box Training Sessions;
    3. Big O Tires Preventative Maintenance Group Training Webinar – Recording of the Group Training Webinar on the Big O Tires QuickBooks Process.  Describes what to expect from your Preventative Maintenance Kit designed by Technology In A Box specifically for Big O Tires: QuickBooks Set up and Training, an overview of the QuickBooks file set-up and how it works with your DST POS system.

The Roadside Assistance Help Desk includes:

 

    1. Tier 2 HelpDesk Support on the standardized accounting process in QuickBooks, as developed for Big O Tires, on a Call Back Request basis.  Helpdesk questions will be routed through TBC.  If TBC cannot answer your question, TBC will route the Helpdesk ticket to Technology In A Box.  We will call you back to schedule an appointment with a Technology In A Box consultant within 1 day after receiving the request from TBC. 
    2. “Watchdog” reviews provided on a periodic basis. Technology In A Box, LLC will review the QuickBooks company file, address issues that arise, assess the file for compliance to standardized processes, and provide recommendations or plans for improvement.  Using remote, Internet-based technology, Technology In A Box, LLC will access your QuickBooks data file, run various reports, and provide feedback.  This will be performed once a year.
    3. Technology In A Box will host periodic roundtable discussions on the Web.  Industry experts and vendors will be gathered to present their solutions; Big O Tires executives will be invited to talk about the latest issues and successes; and Technology In A Box will provide information to update or enhance the standardized accounting process.  Using Internet based desktop sharing and teleconference technology, Technology In A Box, LLC will host at least 2 meetings annually
