*The cost of additional training, conversion of EXISTING QuickBooks data files to the standardized processes developed for Big O Tires,

QuickBooks Payroll setup, and clean-up efforts relating to existing QuickBooks company files is not included in this fee. These services are

available to franchisees and will be billed separately on a time basis.  Prepaid Technical Support packages can be purchased at a DISCOUNT

**Cancellation Policy:  Services for subsequent assignments are contingent upon the presence of a prepaid balance and/or the absence of any outstanding balance.  If an appointment is canceled within 36 hours from a scheduled appointment, you are responsible to pay half the fee

s for the scheduled appointment time which would be $75/hour; half of the normal rate of $150/hour.
